Brought my Golf TSI in for some recalls and general repairs. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgable, and worked quick!
I was told by another auto company that my suspension (bushings AND coil springs) needed to be replaced. Upon bring it to VW, however, they found that everything was actually fine, and were honest in their diagnosis (as opposed to doing unnecessary work for the sake of a bigger bill, like some shops tend to do).
Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience!
