Originally started with taking my vehicle to Dodge however due to all the electrical issues they weren’t able to do anything. I called Volkswagen and spoke with Travis who gave me the ok to just drop it off and pick up at a later date. He’s been extremely helpful by providing updates and also notified me of the recalls that show up for my 2018 Tiguan. Overall great service and great communication!
