Booked in for my Jetta’s oil change and inspection this morning. Travis was exceptionally good in taking care of the whole service experience from checking our car in and answering questions about my doubts and concerns regarding its maintenance. He was also very transparent about the condition of the car and what is necessary to be done and what not at what interval. Thank you for the honest advise.
Also would like to mention Mr. Roger our shuttle driver for driving us back and forth and having a good conversation while driving. It was good talking to him and shows a genuine concern about his passengers driving back home with their vehicle safely after taking the delivery from showroom.

Originally started with taking my vehicle to Dodge however due to all the electrical issues they weren’t able to do anything. I called Volkswagen and spoke with Travis who gave me the ok to just drop it off and pick up at a later date. He’s been extremely helpful by providing updates and also notified me of the recalls that show up for my 2018 Tiguan. Overall great service and great communication!
I truly appreciate everything that Roger and VW Sudbury has done to make this deal happen. They went above and beyond to help me out and I’m forever thankful for that.
