I had the best experience at Volkswagen on LaSalle. Travis was amazing, he had all the patience in the world for me, someone who knows very little about cars. My car got serviced, Travis mentioned that some repairs and replacements will be needed, explained to me what needed to be done and why. He then booked me in, I dropped my car off the night before, they did the repairs and replacements as needed. As well as gave me another oil change, because Victory Lube on Old Highway 69 definitely did not do the oil change correctly. Now my car is error code free, runs smoothly again and everything was done with a smile and some compassion. Pick-up of my vehicle was also quick and easy no long waits! I highly recommend this service location!
