I had a bad phone call once with someone in service, but that was quite some time ago. My recent experience has been 5 stars. Travis at the service desk has gone above and beyond being helpful and friendly. There is no VW dealership in my hometown, and I must travel 2 hours to get here, but they make it worth all the travel.
